Powder Puff – Fit Assurance Return & Replacement Policy

At Powder Puff, we understand that finding the perfect fit for your growing child is essential. That’s why we’re launching our “First Fit Guarantee” – where if the size doesn’t fit, your first order is on us (replacement assured).

We’re here to support your child’s comfort journey — and we want you to feel confident shopping with us.
Here’s how it works:

✅ How to Make Sure You Choose the Right Fit:

Before placing your order, please refer to our detailed Size Chart and measure your child accurately. This helps ensure the best fit for your child and supports our effort to reduce waste and avoid unnecessary returns.

🤝 If the Fit Isn’t Right – Our Promise:

If you’ve ordered a single piece pack / 3 piece pack and one size doesn’t fit your child:

  • We’ll replace your order with the right size, once we confirm the issue.

  • You will not need to return the piece that didn’t fit.
    Instead, we encourage you to pass it forward to a child who may need it.
    (It’s our small way of helping every child have access to basic innerwear 💖.)

🔁 What We’ll Need from You:

To process your size replacement smoothly:

  • Please send us a clear photo of the garment laid flat, next to a measuring tape (length & chest) to verify the fit issue within 15 days of receiving the package. Email : powderpuff.kidswear@gmail.com

  • We will then assess and send you the correct size as a one-time replacement.

  • We will not resend the same size again if the same issue is repeated.

📦 Return Condition for 3-Piece Packs:

For the 2 pieces being returned, please ensure:

  • They are unworn, in hygienic and original condition, and

  • Packed in the original pouch with tags and packaging intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a replacement.

🚫 To Avoid Misuse – Important Notes:

  • This policy applies only to your first order per customer.

  • This campaign is based on trust, so please ensure honest communication.

  • Refunds are not applicable under this campaign — only size replacement is offered.

Any attempts to misrepresent or misuse the policy may result in cancellation of the replacement and restriction of future orders.

Because of the intimate nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene standards and also take extra care to support parents through every step of the shopping experience. Below is our detailed return and replacement policy:

📦 Eligible Products for Return/Replacement

Due to hygiene reasons, most innerwear products cannot be returned once worn or tried. However, we do allow replacements or returns in the following cases:

Size issues (only for unworn, unwashed garments ) – eligible for 1-time size exchange

Damaged, defective or wrong product received – eligible for full replacement or refund

Allergic reactions or discomfort complaints – case-by-case review for credit note or replacement

Packaging-related issues (e.g., torn package, missing item) – we will resolve with replacement or resend

🧼 Items Not Eligible for Return

In line with industry standards and hygiene protocols (as followed by top innerwear brands like Zivame, Clovia, and Jockey), the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products that have been worn, washed, or tried on

Panties, briefs, camisoles, bralettes and sports bras

First Bras and Sports Bras that are not in original packaging 

Combo sets where one or more items have been used

📏 Size Issues? We’ve Got You Covered

We know how important the first fit is—especially for girls in their growing years. If the size doesn’t feel right:

You can request a one-time size exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, and in the original packaging.

If the desired size is unavailable, you will receive store credit.

💬 Customer Complaints and Allergies

We take special care in using itch-free elastics, soft seams, and breathable cotton-rich fabrics. However, if your child experiences any discomfort or allergic reaction:

Please write to us within 5 days of use.

We may request photographs or brief feedback to understand the concern.

After review, we may offer a replacement (with alternate fabric/style) or a full credit note for future use.

🔁 How to Raise a Return or Replacement Request

Order ID

Reason for return/exchange

Clear photo of the product & packaging

Size/style details for exchange (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to assist you.

🚚 Return Pickup and Shipping

For eligible exchanges, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your location.

In some areas, if reverse pickup is unavailable, we will request you to self-ship the product and reimburse your courier charges as store credit.

Shipping for the first exchange is free. Additional exchanges will be chargeable.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:

Product is damaged or defective upon arrival

You receive the wrong product and we cannot replace it

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
